Cancellation Policy
**Appointment Policy**
If you need to change or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' advance notice. Failure to do so, including not showing up for your scheduled appointment, will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee.
We allow a 20-minute grace period for late arrivals. After this period, you will be considered a no-show, and the session will end at the originally scheduled time.
For services requiring a deposit, please note that all deposits are non-refundable.
